We DO NOT spray anything, and use absolutely ZERO chemicals (chlorine dioxide, ozone) or fogs for our sanitizing treatment. These chemicals may be hazardous to the health of humans. UV-C sanitizing leaves no residues, and keeps your customers, employees, family, and pets 100% safe at all times. Click below to learn about the spray disinfectant chlorine dioxide.
Chemicals and wipes may miss areas on soft porous materials such as couches or beds and may not be effective on electronic equipment due to the wet spraying. UV-C light penetrates literally all types of exposed surfaces to inactivate viruses or kill bacteria, and does not harm any material or electronic devices. The specific combination of UVC devices we use makes us one of the premier cleaning services focusing on disinfecting. We also function as a very efficient commercial cleaning service.
Our 360 degree UVC devices treat the entire surroundings including the air, walls, and everything in between. Not just sprayed or wiped on surfaces. Some chemicals in fog machines actually produce ozone which can be harmful if not properly ventilated.
Not only is UV-C light extremely effective at killing pathogens in the air and on all surfaces, but the average cost is less than half the price of other chemical spraying services. This allows for more frequent and recurring UVC treatments, which is very important for facilities to maintain pathogen control. These frequent treatments make our disinfecting and cleaning services one of the best in south Florida. As a commercial cleaning service, frequent coronavirus disinfections are vital.
No need for chemical transportation, storage, or manufacturing. Our UV-C disinfection process leaves the most compact carbon footprint, keeping our planet safe. UV-C is a sustainable source for sanitizing, whereas chemicals constantly need to be manufactured, transported, and sprayed putting a strain on our planet.
Some viruses and bacteria like MRSA are able to develop resistance to chemicals. However, studies show they do not develop resistance to UV-C light exposure.
Because light has the ability to shine in every direction at once, UV-C can decontaminate areas at a much faster rate while performing our cleaning services.. Our combination of standalone and portable UV-C devices allows us to expose the light on hidden and hard to reach spaces for a more complete disinfecting practice and commercial cleaning service.
Because UV-C cleaning is chemical free, there is no chemical smell or risk of chemically altering food products, corroding substances or leaving surface residue. UV-C is proven to de-active all foul odors and viruses, and bacteria in the air.
Our clients do not have to wait for chemicals to dry or evaporate. As soon as we turn the germicidal lights off the entire area is sanitized and anyone can enter safely. We are one of the most time efficient cleaning services in the disinfecting industry, as well as being a reliable commercial cleaning service as well.

The EPA list of approved cleaning agents for the coronavirus includes some that haven’t been proven safe for humans, have been proven hazardous to human health, and have not been shown to successfully kill coronavirus. Many of these chemicals are being streamlined to the List N without any real studies being done on them.
Schools, businesses, offices, even residences are using all types of new and trendy chemical disinfectants that claim to be "EPA Approved", but have absolutely zero long term testing completed. Cleaning companies are selecting disinfectants from hundreds on the EPA's List N, the MONTH-OLD compendium of products approved by the Environmental Protection Agency to kill the novel coronavirus. Those chemicals have passed tests to show they’re effective against the pathogen, but “this doesn’t mean that they have been approved because they’re considered safe with regard to human health,” said exposure scientist Lesliam Quirós-Alcalá, an assistant professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Do not let our children, employees, customers, and loved ones be used as guinea pig test subjects for these chemical companies. Limited studies, including on rodents, have raised concerns that some chemicals might increase risk of neurological and dermatological problems, as well as respiratory ailments like asthma, or have notable reproductive effects.
For a small percentage of workers, disinfectants pose an immediate risk, said Claudia Miller. Up to 10% of people—including asthmatics, migraine sufferers, those with allergies or immune disorders or suppressed immune systems—may experience symptoms such as memory loss, trouble concentrating, mood swings, irritability, headaches, seizures, nausea and vomiting, she said.
Repeated or extended exposures can lead to neuro-immune sensitization and intolerances to common chemicals, foods and drugs. “That becomes a nightmare for us to deal with as physicians,” Miller said.
Our exclusive Ultraviolet-C (UVC) UV cleaning and disinfecting service is 100% chemical free and scientifically proven to kill and inactivate 99.99% of air and surface pathogens, including the all important SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the COVID-19 infection. UVC disinfection has been used effectively in hospitals, operating rooms, and the food industry for many years and is recognized by the CDC, EPA, and FDA as an extremely effective method for pathogen destruction due to its germicidal effects on microorganisms.
