Disinfecting Around the Clock, Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services

How our Chemical-Free Patent Pending UV-C process works

Step 1 - Free Phone Consultation

Free phone consultation or virtual walk-through before we provide our full business disinfecting and cleaning service.  We can listen to your needs and create a custom, affordable sanitizing plan based on square footage, number of rooms and/or vehicles, and any other special requirements.  There are tips we will give you to prepare for our visit that will make the treatment process very smooth. We can also help you decide if the 90-day antimicrobial surface protectant is something you desire for your business or home. As a commercial cleaning service we are here to keep your business open and safe.  As a home cleaning service we are looking to keep your family and loved ones free of all infectious diseases.

Step 2 - Complete Air and Surface UVC Disinfection (30 minutes - 2 hours depending on square ft)

Our UVC certified technicians arrive with a pre-constructed treatment plan which includes UVC Hot-Spot Analysis™, Device Synergy™,  and Tower Linking™ strategies.  A brief walk-through is done throughout the premise to take measurements and make sure all areas are ready to be properly exposed to our UVC germicidal lights. UVC test labels (pictured) are placed throughout the hot-spot zones to measure ultraviolet-c intensity, which is directly related to the amount of energy needed to treat specific pathogens. We first set up our UVC Tower devices that disinfect the air and all surroundings. Once this is complete we use our handheld devices to go over hot-spot zones multiple times treating everything in its exposed radius.  Hard or soft surfaces like doorknobs, keyboards, phones, beds, couches, workout equipment, office equipment, tables, desks, electronics, etc. can be completely treated with our handheld equipment in seconds. The 90-day antimicrobial seal can then be applied to the newly treated surfaces if desired. When our team is finished the entire area can be safely and immediately re-occupied knowing 99.9% of all bacteria and viruses have been treated.  Certified UVC Intensity Labels will be given to the client after each service.

Step 3 - 90-Day Antimicrobial Shield Application , Recurring Cleanings

Once everything has been treated we can then apply the 90-day EPA registered antimicrobial surface protectant to all hot-spot surfaces an an additional option. It is strongly recommended to have weekly UV-C cleanings for businesses dealing with lots of traffic even with the 90-day protectant applied.  This is especially true for businesses with moderate to high amounts of traffic.  Depending on your monthly plan we continue sanitizing to make sure pathogen levels are continually depleted. It is important to review COVID-19 guidelines for your specific facility which can be found here. Standard cleaning along with following CDC practices and our continuous UV-C sanitizing form a strong combination for maintaining a facility free of infectious diseases and contamination. This includes hand washing/sanitizing, wearing masks, staying home when COVID-19 symptoms are present, and practicing social distancing.

UVC Sanitizing Solutions In Action

UVC intensity test strips are manufactured by UV Process, Inc and measure UVC intensity which is a form of measuring the energy required to inactivate viruses and kill bacteria. Only laboratory testing can 100% confirm results of pathogen eradication. UVC exposure is dangerous if eyes and skin are not protected. For this reason it is imperative to not be in the area during the cleaning and to not try and work with this equipment by yourself without proper training , PPE, and certification.  Optional 90-day antimicrobial protectant is EPA registered and manufactured by BIO-Protect.
